2017 started late after a rainy spring, however, transitioned into a very warm and dry summer. A light rain refreshed the vineyards in September and resulted in structured wines with concentrated wines with a depth of flavor and structured age ability.
After a warm winter the 2016 growing season started earlier than normal and resulted in the earliest harvest ever. Although early, the growing season had ideal conditions with warm days and cool nights leading to incredibly balanced wines that after 7 years in bottle are still aging beautifully.
2015 was the second of two consecutive vintages that shared an abundance of warm days. The resulting wines were fully ripe, texturally rich, and as always with our Chardonnay balanced perfectly with natural bright acidity.
