2022 White Pinot Noir

Gently pressed and barrel aged for 16 months in neutral French oak, this is a serious example of a still white wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. Similar to a Blanc de Noir from Champagne, it has a dense body and reveals a mix of stone fruits, citrus fruits, and floral notes. It’s silky broad texture effortlessly glides through the palate and is balanced seamlessly with soft acidity.
